Get in Touch With Us

This page explains how to contact the Offshore Betting Sites editorial team, what we can help with, and what we can't. We are an independent comparison site. We review and rank offshore sportsbooks that accept US bettors, and we don't run any of them. That last point matters for anything involving your money.

Age and eligibility: this site is for adults only. You must be at least 21 (or older if your state or a sportsbook sets a higher minimum) to use the betting sites we cover. Offshore sportsbooks sit in a legal grey area for US bettors, carry no US state regulation or player protections, and may lack the self-exclusion tools of regulated operators. Check your own state's laws before you bet.

How to reach the editorial team

Use the contact form or the editorial email address shown in the site footer or on this page when the site is built. We don't publish a phone line, live chat or social inbox, so please don't look for one. Replies come from a person on the editorial team, not an automated bot.

We don't promise a fixed reply time. Messages about factual errors are prioritized, and other messages may take longer.

What we can help with

  • Corrections: an outdated bonus, a changed banking option, a rollover or wagering condition we have described wrongly. Tell us which page, what you saw, and where you saw it. Our facts were last checked on Sep 30, 2026, and sportsbook terms change often.
  • Reader reports: if you have had a problem with a payout, verification request or account restriction at a sportsbook we cover, tell us. We treat these as information, not proof, and they can inform our reviews and the reliability side of our rankings.
  • Coverage suggestions: a sport, market type, payment method or question you would like a guide to.
  • Methodology questions: how we rate odds, market coverage, bonuses, payout speed, banking and trustworthiness.
  • Business enquiries: partnership or listing requests. We may earn commission from some links, but commission doesn't buy ranking position, and we won't discuss placement for payment.

What we can't do

We can't open, close or unlock accounts, recover funds, release a withdrawal, reverse a bet or settle a dispute. We don't hold your money, and we have no authority over any sportsbook. Please don't send passwords, card numbers, ID documents or crypto wallet seed phrases. We will never ask for them.

We also can't give legal, tax or financial advice. Whether offshore betting is lawful where you live, and how winnings are taxed, depend on your situation. Consult a qualified professional.

If you have a problem with a sportsbook

Offshore sportsbooks aren't covered by a US state gaming commission, so there's no state dispute process or guaranteed payout. Practical steps usually look like this:

  1. Contact the sportsbook's own customer support in writing and keep a copy of every message.
  2. Save screenshots of your bet slips, balance, terms and transaction records.
  3. Check the bonus terms you accepted, including rollover, minimum odds, time limits and payout caps.
  4. Escalate politely through any complaint route the sportsbook offers.
  5. If a card or bank transfer was involved, ask your bank what options exist. Crypto transfers are generally hard or impossible to reverse.

We can't promise any of these will get a result. The risk that an offshore sportsbook delays or refuses payment is real.

Writing a message that gets a useful answer

  • Name the page or sportsbook you mean.
  • Describe what you saw and when, with US dates.
  • Include a link or screenshot if you have one, with personal details removed.
  • Say whether you want a correction, an answer or just to share feedback.

Looking for something else?

Our rankings and reviews cover the top offshore sportsbooks, including Lucky Rebel, Bovada and BetOnline. Those are on the main comparison pages, not here. If you also follow non-US casino options, see our guide to non GamStop casinos, which is a separate topic.

Responsible gambling support

Only bet money you can afford to lose, and never to recover losses or escape stress or money worries. Betting is not an income source, and no pick is a lock. If gambling is causing harm for you or someone close to you, call or text the national helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537). Free, confidential support is available at any time. Because offshore sportsbooks may offer weaker limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion tools, consider setting your own deposit limits and using blocking software.
